i run n walk, run n walk, run n walk...
cz veli tired jor.. ==''
almost 5km.. wah..
but finally get no.4.. not bad..
good than last time de olympic day run..(i think so) =)
after bac home my leg more pain!!
sit also need to be slow motion..
cham liao lo..
dunneo this few days how to over..
